Case 1:

The engraving machine has been used for three years, and the spindle stops before it reaches the set speed value. It is speculated that there is a problem with the frequency converter. Observe the data transformation of the frequency converter: when the spindle motor starts to rotate, the frequency conversion data rises, and when it stops, the data also decreases, and the inverter state is normal.

Treatment method: it was found that it was not caused by the spindle itself. During the start-up process, the z-axis limit display was triggered, resulting in the motor stop. So the z-axis limit line was removed, and the spindle was normal. It seems that the z-axis limit switch is broken. I bought a new one in the market. The problem is solved.



Case 2:

The engraving machine has been working normally. Suddenly, it stops or doesn't work. In this case, please make sure whether the spindle is stuck when it is working. If it is, restart the engraving machine, and everything will return to normal. If the restart problem is still the same, check the motor power supply, if the plug is loose and tight.



Case 3:

If the motor is burnt out, turn on the spindle separately to see if it can rotate.

Manually open the spindle to see if it can't rotate. If it doesn't, it's a problem of the machine.

If it turns, it is a problem of setting. Select the spindle rotation and stop in the setting.



Case 4:

A customer inquired that his engraving machine had been purchased for 10 years, and had been used normally without any problems. However, in the process of using yesterday, the engraving machine spindle motor suddenly stopped, and the frequency converter showed err 01; sometimes the motor was powered up with buzzing sound, but it did not turn. After the situation, the customer did not understand the reason, so the telephone consultation. The following will be the computer engraving machine spindle stop running reasons and solutions for the majority of users to refer to:

1. The three wire cable connector from spindle motor to frequency converter is detached. Solution: re plug or re connect and try again.

2. The inner lead wire of engraving machine spindle motor is open. Confirmation method: measure the resistance between the three cores of the spindle motor socket with a multimeter. Solution: remove the socket and re weld the open wire.

3. The three wire cable from spindle motor to frequency converter is broken. Confirmation method: measure the resistance between the plugs at both ends of the cable with a multimeter. Solution: connect the broken line or change the line.
